An exotic choice for me I went with the marinated eggplant focaccia which was quite nice. It was a windy but pleasant day and the waiter was very patient with us.

OK I'm not sure what this Cafe is doing in Church Street as it is so different to all the others, ie. it's got an alternative feel and one thing Church Street is not is alternative. I actually thought I was in Brunswick or Fitzroy if you get what I mean, so great to see here. Had decaf soy latte and a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich which came with a little side of potato chips. What a winner! And I also had a jam donut. So the toastie and chips were great but I have had better donuts and decaf. But hey rather have average coffee in place like this then perfect coffee in a typical Brighton soulless corporate style Cafe.
